How Far in Advance Should I Start?
Six to twelve months for peak-season Europe, safari and Japan. Shorter is often possible, but the best rooms, guides and tables go first.

Planning fees depend on the complexity of the itinerary and are discussed openly on the first call. In many cases partner benefits and upgrades exceed the fee.
