In April 2027, we take it to sea — five nights aboard the Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady, Miami to Puerto Plata to Bimini, with step classes, world-class ports, and the kind of nights that don’t make it to the grid.

Waterfalls & Zip N’ Dip
Ashore for the Damajagua Waterfalls excursion — a chain of jungle waterfalls, a zip line over the rainforest, and natural waterslides on the way back down.
Morning step class
A second sea day, a second class, and a full day to actually use everything the ship has — before the next port arrives.
Conch culinary & heritage tour
A day at the Beach Club, a guided heritage tour through six of North Bimini’s most storied stops, and a Bahamian rum cocktail while a local chef demonstrates the craft behind the island’s signature ingredient.

Back in Miami — allow about an hour to disembark and clear the terminal.

Founder of Stepology and the energy behind every class on this sailing. TéQuan holds 500 hours of yoga certification along with credentials in stretch coaching, mat Pilates, and step aerobics instruction — but he’ll tell you the credentials matter less than the belief behind them: that movement should be for everyone.
He built Stepology at Sea because wellness retreats should be accessible to first-timers, budget-conscious travelers, and seasoned retreat-goers alike — and because step aerobics deserved a version with better music and no judgment.

Is this a fitness retreat?
Stepology was built on the belief that movement should be for everyone. There are two morning step classes built into the sea days, open to every level — no experience or fitness background required.
Can I book a solo stateroom?
Yes — both Sea Terrace and Central Sea Terrace are available at the single-occupancy rate. Prefer to share? Ask Dorian Destinations about roommate matching.
What’s the payment schedule?
At checkout you can pay the deposit, pay in full, or set a custom deposit ($200 minimum) and choose the day of the month your payments come out. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable up to 90 days before sailing — Julie can confirm the current terms before you commit.
How do I get to Miami?
Fly into Miami International (MIA) or drive in — plan to be at the terminal at least two hours before departure. Dorian Destinations can help book flights or arrange transfers on request.
