We start by listening. Who your group is, why they’re gathering, how many you expect, the price point that works for them, and what you want your role as host to be.
Concept & Costing
We propose destinations and properties, model the per-person pricing including your host margin, and shape an itinerary your community will actually book.
Contracts & Launch
We negotiate and sign the venue contracts, build the booking page and payment schedule, and give you the materials to announce the retreat.
Guest Management
Bookings, deposits, rooming lists, dietary needs, flights and questions — all handled directly with each guest so you never become the help desk.
Departure to Arrival
Transfers, arrivals, on-trip logistics and contingencies. We oversee the whole retreat — A to Z — so the host can be present with the group.

Who Can Host a Retreat?
Anyone with a community — a business owner, coach, creator, studio, alumni group, faith community or simply someone whose friends travel well together. You do not need any travel industry experience.
How Many People Do I Need?
Most hosted retreats work from around ten travelers. Group rates, buyouts and host perks improve as numbers rise, and we will tell you honestly what your expected size makes possible.
Do Hosts Travel Free?
Often, at least partly. Complimentary or reduced host places are negotiated into the group contract where the numbers support it — we model this openly during costing.
What If Not Everyone Books?
We build contracts with realistic minimums and release dates, and review numbers with you well ahead of each deadline so there are no surprises.
