Hi, I’m Shannon — Co-Founder of Dorian Destinations and a travel advisor with over 30 years of travel experience behind every itinerary I build. Before travel became my profession, I was a teacher, and I’ve carried that same dedication with me: I listen first, I explain everything, and I never hand a client a plan I wouldn’t happily follow myself.

I treat every trip like it’s my own — because to me, it is.

Three Decades of Travel, One Standard of Care

Firsthand experience matters in this business. When I recommend a hotel, a cruise line, a neighborhood, or a route, it’s because I know it — not because a brochure told me to. Thirty years of traveling, planning, and problem-solving mean my clients skip the guesswork and go straight to the good part.

What I hear most often from my clients is that I’m accessible. That’s intentional. Travel plans live in the real world, and when something changes, you reach me — not a call center.

Leading the Advisor Community

I currently serve as President of the South Florida chapter of the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA), the leading association for our profession. Staying at the front of the industry — new ships, new destinations, new standards — is part of how I take care of the travelers who trust me.
