She also arranged private transfers to and from the airport, which made traveling stress-free — especially after a long flight. As a sweet surprise, she even had champagne waiting for us in the room when we arrived!
There was a last-minute change with the hotel, and Shannon handled everything quickly and professionally, making sure I was taken care of and happy with the switch.
Her recommendations for restaurants and museums were also super helpful in planning out our days — and she even helped us get reduced ticket prices on everything!

Even when 1 person keeps changing things last minute (eh hem ..the husband) She was pleasant sweet and never seemed to be bothered by our annoying questions. Shannon was like our personal concierge every step of the way.. always making sure we were good and always quick to answer our text even when she was on her own vacation with her family! She knew so much about how things work in ITaly and reassured us everything would work out. And it did. I have the patience of a toddler..so I had to take a deep breath every now and then. Shannon chose accommodations that fit my family and were in close proximity to everything. The traveling on trains and boats and private transfers she arranged. She was on top of it all every single day for 14 days! We texted her almost every single day to confirm our travel arrangements for the next day and she responded asap!"
